Mills On The Air was again held at Lytham Windmill this year.  The weather was just as good as last year, but a little warmer for most of the day.

The trusty full sized G5RV was again put up, and our new Icom 7300 used.  We only operated HF this year.

Band conditions were average, but since last year some electrical equipment in the mill itself has been installed that gave us s8 of noise on 80 metres, and s9 of noise on 40 metres, so it was hard work!

Noise on 20 metres was low though, and strangely, we made many contacts on 20 metres from other G stations.  I've never experiences such strong, short skip on 20 metres.

Thanks to all that helped.
